I integrate EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and evidence-based therapies to help women navigate mood shifts, anxiety, sleep issues, and the identity changes that often surface during this stage of life. My work is trauma-informed, nervous-system aware, and rooted in the latest research on women’s health. Together, we focus on emotional regulation, body connection, and practical support so you can move through perimenopause with clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.
